Tiivistelmä
Nykyään lähes jokainen yritys tarvitsee toimiakseen yritysverkon ja pilviteknologioiden kehittyessä yritysverkoissa hyödynnetään yhä enemmän erilaisia pilviresursseja.
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda tekninen dokumentaatio Frendy Oy sisäiseen käyttöön, joka sisälsi kolmen toisistaan poikkeavan asiakkaan yritysverkojen teknologiat ja menetelmät. Tavoitteena oli käyttää dokumentaatiota opinnäytetyössä asiakkaiden yritysverkkojen vertailuun ja analysointiin, jotta saatiin hahmotettua millä asiakkaalla on parhaimmat verkkoteknologiat ja menetelmät käytössä ympäristössään.
Teoriaosuus jaettiin kahteen osa-alueeseen. Yritysverkkoratkaisujen perusteet ja pilvi-integraation perusteet, joissa syvennyttiin erilaisiin teknologioihin, jotta saatiin perusymmärrys mitä verkoilla ja pilviympäristöillä käytännössä tarkoitetaan.
Toteutuksessa keskityttiin teknisen dokumentaation luomisprosessiin ja asiakasesimerkkien esittelyyn, vertailuun sekä analysointiin.
Opinnäytetyön perusteella todettiin, että jokaisen yritysverkon teknologiat sekä menetelmät riippuvat paljon erilaisista tekijöistä. Asiakasesimerkkien perusteella asiakas 3:lla sekä 1:llä on parhaimpia teknologikoita ja menetelmiä käytössä omissa ympäristöissään, kun taas asiakas 2:lla on parannettavaa omassa ympäristössä. Nowadays, nearly every company requires an enterprise network to operate, and with the development of cloud technologies, enterprise networks increasingly utilize various cloud resources.
The goal of this thesis was to create technical documentation for internal use at Frendy Oy, which included the technologies and methods of enterprise networks for three different customers. The aim was to use the documentation in the thesis to compare and analyze the enterprise networks of these customers in order to determine which customer has the best network technologies and methods in place within their environment.
The theoretical section was divided into two parts, the fundamentals of enterprise network solutions and the basics of cloud integration. These sections delved into different technologies to establish a foundational understanding of what enterprise networks and cloud environments practically entail.
The implementation focused on the process of creating technical documentation and presenting, comparing, and analyzing customer case studies.
Based on the thesis, it was concluded that the technologies and methods of each enterprise network depend on various factors. From the customer examples, it was found that Customers 3 and 1 have the best technologies and methods in their environments, while Customer 2 has areas for improvement in their environment.
