With the acceleration of global economic integration, the role of air logistics as an important bridge connecting markets around the world is becoming increasingly prominent. However, while pursuing economic benefits, the aviation logistics industry also faces severe environmental challenges.
This article aims to explore the innovation of aviation logistics business models from the perspective of green and sustainable development. By analyzing the environmental impact and challenges faced by existing aviation logistics models, and combining sustainable development theory with business model innovation theory, a green business model framework applicable to the aviation logistics industry is constructed. The research will focus on paths such as technological innovation, management optimization, and service upgrading, propose specific strategies for achieving low-carbon and environmentally friendly operations, and provide practical guidance for policy makers and enterprises to promote the sustainable development of the aviation logistics industry. This not only helps alleviate the negative impact of air logistics on the environment, but also provides new development directions and opportunities for enterprises in the industry.
