Tiivistelmä
Drone delivery, as an important innovation in China's e-commerce logistics system, is promoting the sustainable development of the industry through technological breakthroughs and model reengineering. This study systematically analyzed the current development status of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) delivery in China, revealing its core value in improving logistics efficiency (such as Meituan's UAV achieving a daily delivery capacity of 15,000 orders), reducing operating costs (40% lower than the traditional model), and serving remote areas. Meanwhile, key challenges such as technical bottlenecks (20-kilometer range limit), policy barriers (complex airspace approval), and social acceptance (5% urban noise complaint rate) were analyzed.

Based on the case analysis of Meituan and the pilot program in Shenzhen, a multi-dimensional development path is proposed: Technological innovation needs to focus on hydrogen fuel cells and intelligent obstacle avoidance systems; At the policy level, the "hierarchical and time-sharing" airspace management model of Shenzhen should be promoted. Enterprises need to optimize operational efficiency through the "central warehouse + satellite station" network. Social collaboration relies on community participatory governance.

Research shows that under the impetus of the "14th Five-Year Plan" policy, the market size is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan by 2025. However, it is necessary to guard against the risks of battery pollution and regional development imbalance. Ultimately, a sustainable development framework integrating government supervision, enterprise operation and social acceptance was constructed, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the green transformation of ecommerce logistics.
