Tiivistelmä
With the rapid development of the air transportation industry, the efficiency and safety of the airport security check process has become a core issue of concern for the industry. This paper takes AB airport as the research object, analyzes the pain points and bottlenecks in its current security check process, and explores the strategy of optimizing the security check process by using the queuing theory and process reengineering. The research includes passenger flow analysis, optimization of security check channel settings, and application of intelligent security check technology, with a view to ensuring safety while improving security check efficiency. The results of the study show that through reasonable resource allocation and technological innovation, the security checking process at AB Airport can be significantly optimized, thus enhancing passenger experience and airport operational efficiency.
