Tiivistelmä
The objective of this thesis was to create a theoretical framework for a small to midsized business to incorporate an artificial intelligence based customer service chatbot into its website to replace a traditional branch-based customer service bot. First of all, the history of artificial intelligence is dug into for a bit. After that the actual processes of implementing an artificial intelligence chatbot are looked at through different perspectives.
The key point of this thesis is to potentially give insight to whomever might be considering an AI based chatbot a company website to answer as the first line of customer service.
