This thesis focuses on the development of a specialized platform to administer events like workshops and seminars as well as conferences at Centria university of applied sciences.
Users accessing the platform will find purpose-built interactive services which enable event organizers and participants to create events and manage their interactions independently from one another. The platform implements React.js on the frontend combined with Node.js and Express.js for the backend while using MongoDB for data storage. JWT security and authentication protocols are part of its features alongside event synchronization enabled through the Google Calendar API.
The platform equips users with a management dashboard alongside registration management features and notifications and com-ment rating capabilities as well as dynamic interface design for multiple devices.
