Osagiodagbon Commercial Ventures is a business in Benin city, Edo state, Nigeria, and it was established in 2010. The business mostly trades in food items, such as palm oil, vegetable oil, rice, spaghetti, tin and sachet tomatoes. The commissioner for this thesis is a manager of Osagiodagbon Commercial Venture, who has vast knowledge about the business history and activities.
This thesis aimed to create a sales and marketing strategy for the Osagiodagbon Commercial Venture to enhance the business market presence, increase sales, and boost its business performance. The objective of this thesis was to find out the current sales and marketing activities of the business and how they could be developed
The research method used in this thesis was a quantitative research method which was used for the staff and also necessary data was collected from Osagiodagbon Commercial Ventures regarding their customers. In addition, secondary data sources were used such as ebooks, journals, books, and other academic sources.
