Tiivistelmä
The study seeks to devise branding strategies that can position Finnme as a language learning brand that language learners in Finland can trust, especially with the rising need of language instruction from international students and working professionals in the country. The main goal is to design branding that can attract the specified target group while increasing customer engagement and business growth with strategic marketing. Considering the saturation in the digital education platform industry, along with the challenges many startups face regarding brand equity, the study also highlights the need for creating an effective brand that cultivates trust, loyalty, and retention from customers.
This study is important academically and practically because it seeks to fill a gap in the literature concerning branding within the niche of language education startups. It seeks to provide valuable insights for Finnme and similar startups on establishing trust, increasing customer loyalty, and achieving sustained growth in the highly competitive EdTech industry.
