Tiivistelmä
Physical activity is an essential part of well-being and the smooth flow of daily life. However, well-being is not merely the result of individual choices, it requires multi-stakeholder collaboration and an ecosystemic approach. There is a need for new solutions that support physical activity and the promotion of well-being in urban environments—not as isolated measures, but as part of a broader ecosystemic development.
