Knowledge is power only in the case when is used. To know and understand people can be difficult, however not impossible. Working with them brings challenges, which each firm and manager need to overcome without prejudice to dignity of every employee in company. After certain years in studied company, choosing the topic was automatic result on time spent to know the employees and colleagues. The main object of thesis was motivation of employees from different countries, who bring to work own habits, culture and work style. Questions of thesis were related to motivation factors and possible increase of work effectiveness after suggested changes based on results from taken steps of management.
To achieve the results, 2 questionnaires were prepared and sent to employees of company within 3 quarters of year for the purpose of finding level of motivation and related distractions. Here were taken into consideration how many years employees spent in company and what could cause stress, depression or burnout syndrome from daily tasks, quality of work or communication. Questions were prepared based on goals what company wanted achieve and aims what wanted to change in future with regard to suggestions from own employees.
Results showed that motivation level was satisfactory, people felt certain amount of stress from daily work, or management. Communication level was not enough for people, and big part was not satisfied with reward system and salaries. After made analyze, suggestions and changes were discussed with studied company, what should lead to increased level of motivation, minimize stress, depression and keeping loyal employees.
