Responsible food sector entrepreneurship workbook

Abstract

This workbook was produced as an introductory guide for those intending to become food industry entrepreneurs or interested in the field as well as for anyone planning or providing training on this theme. The contents of the workbook were planned together with senior lecturers and actors involved in development projects in the field, and based on the authors' experiences, it paints a picture of the aspects that should be taken into account when planning a company operating in the domestic food market. The workbook also presents the views of entrepreneurs working in this sector collected through interviews.
