Tiivistelmä
This study analyzes how Shri Antu Gorkha Tea Estate can step into international markets with ease. It uses the approach of a mix of reading existing research, strategic planning, and risk analysis to focus on specific areas like risk management, improving the skills of staff, making the supply chain robust, and adopting new technology. These are analyzed about threats and opportunities that exist in the global tea market.
The study looks at whether the estate is ready for uncertain market conditions, such as financial problems, compliance with standards set by different countries, and changes in what clients want. It also shows how investing in the people, employing them fairly, and building competencies can help to enable running overseas operations. With the idea of connecting the supply chain, the study looks into the activity of the estate with small-scale farmers, how it tracks the origin of tea, and how it is transitioning towards sustainable packaging. It also considers the use of smart farming methods and computerized systems to track market trends as applicable to competitiveness.
