Tiivistelmä
This thesis evaluated how corporate service providers have contributed to the formulation of business strategies using Sikah Al Madina LLC as the case study. This thesis investigated how corporate services including HR, finance, IT, procurement, and quality can make the organization transition to an integrated interior design and fit-out firm instead of a technical service provider. The thesis explained the transformation of corporate service providers into strategic partners (instead of administrative entities) through the use of existing literature on corporate entrepreneurship, shared services, strategic alignment, value creation, and digital transformation.

The survey that was conducted to Sikah Al Madina’s personnel was a quantitative survey to deter-mine their experience with corporate services, focusing on the areas of communication, clarity of the process, approvals, training needs, and use of technology. The findings indicate that corporate services are typically perceived as beneficial by the employees, yet they also experience such issues as disorienting procedures, inconsistency in communication, and the lack of training on new systems and tools. Many employees claimed that they required one common platform of digital nature and quick approval processes. The statistics also indicate that automation methods such as robotic process automation and AI-based applications are time-saving, whereas the time is frequently wasted due to the presence of numerous errors in the logins, outdated system, and complex workflows.

Generally, this thesis revealed that Sikah Al Madina is moving towards a modernised and technology enabled corporate service and still needs to enhance integration, training and workflow standardisation. The research contributes to both theoretical and practical insight by showing how corporate service providers can strengthen strategic alignment, enhance internal efficiency and support organisational change. The recommendations provided a clear direction for the company to improve its service model and increase overall performance.
