Microsoft Power Platform -hallintamallin suunnittelu ja toteutus

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä suunniteltiin ja toteutettiin Microsoft Power Platform -hallintamalli. Opinnäytetyö laadittiin julkisen organisaation toimeksiannon pohjalta. Kehittämistyön tavoitteena oli lisätä Microsoft Power Platform -tuoteryhmän hallintaa organisaatiossa.

Työ tehtiin kehittämispainotteisesti ja siinä hyödynnettiin Microsoft Power Platform -dokumentaatiota ja aiheeseen liittyvää aineistoa. Menetelminä käytetään dokumenttianalyysiä ja käytännön testausta. Dokumenttianalyysin avulla analysoitiin aineistoa, jota käytettiin hallintamallin suunnitteluun ja toteutukseen. Käytännön testausta toteutettiin Microsoft Power Platformissa hallintamallin sujuvuuden varmistamiseksi.

Opinnäytetyön tuloksena luotiin hallintamalli, joka edistää organisaation tietoturvaa ja tietosuojaa, resursseja sekä kestävää kehitystä. Hallintamalli mahdollistaa toimeksiantajan organisaatiolle selkeän hallinnan ja ohjeistuksen Microsoft Power Platformin käyttöön.

In this thesis, a Microsoft Power Platform management model was designed and implemented. The thesis was created based on an assignment from a public organization. The goal of the development work was to increase the management of the Microsoft Power Platform product group in the organization.

The work was carried out in a development-oriented manner, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform documentation and related materials. The methods used are document analysis and practical testing. Document analysis was used to analyse the material that was used for the design and implementation of the management model. Practical testing was carried out in Microsoft Power Platform to ensure the smoothness of the management model.

The management model created as a result of the thesis promotes the organization’s information security and data protection, resources, and sustainable development. The governance model enables clear management and instructions for the client’s organization to use Microsoft Power Platform.
