Tiivistelmä
The introduction of robotics into various disciplines has resulted in a more pressing need for robust cybersecurity measures to guarantee safety and reliability. The attacks on robots from a cyber viewpoint is a rather elaborate subject. This study tries to locate the area based threats and the present advancements in various robotics domains.

A scoping review was carried out to delineate what the malicious threat was and identify the emerging solutions to combat them. Recognized journal articles and conference papers were used from adjacent reputed databases. This thesis has divided up into four main sections, such as key vulnerabilities, recent innovations, frameworks and future research directions. The mitigating solutions were set down with established criteria: the solution must be field tested to the extent that it produces measurable improvements to the threat and widely used in its application. Furthermore, ethical considerations have been examined as well as the resulting global policy.

The domain specific security threats were examined under the heading of key vulnerabilities. Diverse prevention techniques were discussed in the innovations chapter in order to countermeasures attacks. To mitigate cybersecurity risks in robots various frameworks were found and depicted in the frameworks portion and several development trends were discovered in the last phase. The review emphasizes that adaptive and standardized cybersecurity frameworks are essential to mitigate evolving risks as well as support the secure development of robotic technologies in critical applications.
