This study presents Tasksync, a unified activity orchestration platform designed to address the visualization and dependency limitations found in industry-standard tools like JIRA and Trello. Engineered with a modern stack—React for the frontend and Django Rest-Framework for the backend—Tasksync introduces advanced features including interactive visual dependency mapping, autonomous scheduling recalibration, and privilege-tiered access control. Developed independently between 2024 and 2025, the system seamlessly integrates automated workflow management and responsive UI/UX to enhance project coordination efficiency.
Tasksync empowers users to map complex dependencies, adjust schedules dynamically, and generate real-time analytical reports within an intuitive interface. The RESTful API architecture ensures seamless communication between frontend and backend components, enabling scalable deployment and future extensibility. Validation using stakeholder feedback and efficiency metrics confirms Tasksync's effectiveness in optimizing project pipelines and reducing bottlenecks.
