The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) tools has been underway for several years and is now revolutionizing the transportation service industry. The application of AI in transportation services offers many practical benefits and improves service quality. AI tools applied in transportation include chatbots and voicebots. These AI tools provide strong support to customers through analysis, and AI training is conducted before deployment. Applying AI tools will significantly reduce workload and save costs for transportation companies. Furthermore, it improves transparency with 24/7 response capabilities. How-ever, there are also challenges in applying AI to transportation services. The results show that AI tools are a new discovery and are truly essential for transportation services in this era of rapid technological devel-opment. Through these research papers on new topics, this could be an extremely useful reference for students or future researchers.
