Tiivistelmä
This thesis was conducted as a practice-based thesis which was focuses on developing an artificial intelligence-based workflow automation system. The objective of the study was to design and implement a multi-agent system that could improve work efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and enabling intelligent task execution. The system was implemented using the platform n8n and the GPT-5 mini model with a multi-agent architecture including email, research, and calendar agents which was supported both text and voice input.
The study discusses the workflow automation, artificial intelligence, APIs, different tools, and multi-agent systems. The result shows that AI-based workflow automation can reduce manual work, improve productivity, and support intelligent task execution in digital environments.
