Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this research was to find out the main factors that affect business performance and success among enterprise owned by Vietnamese immigrants in Finland. The target research place is several big cities such as Helsinki, Turku, Tampere and Porvoo. The main aim and purpose of this research is to find out about motivations and challenges which affect business performance.
Quantitative method (survey) and qualitative method (interview) were both applied in this research in order to make the result more reliable. For data collection and result, webropol was used as the main tool to analyse.
The theoretical framework which supports the research focuses on the concept of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship as well as the concept of immigrant entrepreneur. From that point of view, the comparison are analysed in order to provide a better view of understanding, the differences between entrepreneur and immigrant entrepreneur. In addition, entrepreneurial profile will also be mentioned in this research.
Via this research, the readers are expected to understand more about motivations, challenges as well as the current performance of Vietnamese immigrant entrepreneurs in Finland.
