Traumahälytys- perehdytysvideo Seinäjoen keskussairaalan päivystyspoliklinikan henkilökunnalle : Toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda työkalu päivystyspoliklinikan uuden hoitohenkilökunnan perehdytyksen tueksi, sekä vakituisen henkilökunnan kertaavaksi materiaaliksi traumatiimissä toimimiselle.

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tehdä video joka perehdyttää uutta hoitohenkilökuntaa hoitajan tehtäviin traumatiimissä. Tarkoituksena on toteuttaa tiivis ja kattava video, joka toimii hyvänä tietopakettina hoitajille ja on mahdollisesti löydettävissä Seinäjoen keskussairaalan sisäisestä Intranetistä.

Menetelmäksi valikoitui toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö, sillä se sopii parhaiten videon tuottamiseen, sekä se pystyy vastamaan käytännöllisiin ja teoreettisiin tarpeisiin. Teoria tässä opinnäytetyössä perustuu tutkittuun tietoon, sekä Seinäjoen keskussairaalan päivystyspoliklinikan Vaikeasti vammautuneen potilaan hoito- Traumahälytysohjeeseen.

Opinnäytetyö koostuu kirjallisesta osuudesta ja DVD muodossa olevasta perehdytysvideosta. Videolla käydään läpi yksitellen jokaisen hoitajan tehtävät traumaohjeen mukaisesti.

Opinnäytetyön aihe on tärkeä sillä perehdyttämiseen tulee jatkossa kiinnittää huomiota suurien ikäluokkien jäädessä eläkkeelle. Tulevaisuudessa ja perehdytysvideo voi mahdollisesti toimia osana verkkomateriaalia.

The goal of this thesis was to create a tool for Seinäjoki Central Hospital Nursing Staff of the Clinical Decision Outpatient Unit that would support orientation.

The purpose of the thesis was to film a video that would introduce duties in trauma team for new Nursing Staff.

This action-based thesis was the best suitable for production of the video, and it can respond the practical and theoretical needs.

The theory is based on scientific knowledge, as well as trauma-alarm direction Seinäjoki Central Hospital Clinical Decision Outpatient Unit.

The thesis consists of a theoretical part and the product, which is a DVD video for Seinäjoki Central Hospital Clinical Decision Outpatient Unit. In the video, we have portrayed the various tasks and assignments of the each medical personnel contributing to the different phases of the treatment. The actions portrayed include preparing the patient for treatment and the actual treatment.

The thesis topic is important, because in the future orientation will be significant when big age groups will retire. Seinäjoki Central Hospital has been developed introductory material to the Internet, and our thesis product could potentially act as part of the online material.
