Tiivistelmä
The objective of the thesis is to develop a better, easier to use social media marketing tool that could be utilised in any business. By understanding and analysing how business uses social media as well as currently available social media marketing tools, design a tool with the maximum amount of features, but with a simple and intuitive User Interface.
An agile software development life cycle was used throughout the creation of the tool. Qualitative analysis was used to analyse existing tools and to create a table with advantages and disadvantages of each of them.
The result of this thesis was the design of the easy to use social media marketing tool that included the implementation of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube social networks as well as the possibility to add more social networks over time. Future development could make the tool as a professional business tool.
