Tuotannonohjaus ja logistiikan hallinta - Lemcon Logistics

Abstract

Tämä insinöörityö tehtiin Lemcon Oy:lle. Insinöörityö käynnistyi tarpeesta saada selvitys atk-pohjaisesta Lemcon Logistics-järjestelmästä. Järjestelmä on työkalu tuotannonohjauk-seen ja logistiikan hallintaan, ja se on kehitetty rakennustuotannon käyttöön.

Työn tarkoituksena oli esitellä kyseinen järjestelmä, kokeilla sen soveltuvuutta rakennus-työmaalla ja tarjota parannus- ja kehitysehdotuksia järjestelmän jatkokehitykseen. Lisäksi tarkoituksena oli luoda aiheeseen liittyvää tutkimuspohjaa tulevaisuudessa tehtäviin tutki-muksiin.

Insinöörityön teko jaettiin kolmeen osaan, jotka ovat esitutkimus, järjestelmän käyttöön-oton seuranta ja teoriaosa. Esitutkimuksessa tutustuttiin järjestelmän toiminnalliseen kuva-ukseen, ohjeisiin ja järjestelmän kehittäjän perehdytykseen. Käyttöönoton seuranta tapahtui Oy Gustav Paulig Ab:n tuotanto- ja toimitilatyömaalla. Aluksi harjoiteltiin järjestelmän käyttöä, jonka jälkeen sitä kokeiltiin käytännössä, ja saatiin tutkimustuloksia. Teoriaosa muodostuu Lemcon Logisticsin ominaisuuksien ja toiminnan esittelystä sekä parannus- ja kehitysehdotuksista.

Insinöörityön tuloksena saatiin käsitys Lemcon Logisticsista, ja vastaus siihen, että onko sen käytöstä hyötyä rakennustuotannossa.

This thesis was conducted for Lemcon Ltd.

The thesis was based on Lemcon Ltd’s need to review an IT-based system called Lemcon Logistics. The system is a tool for production and logistics management, which is devel-oped for building production.

The aim of this thesis is to present the system and to test its suitability for the construction site, as well as to suggest improvements and proposals for its further development. Another goal of this project is to create a research basis for new studies conducted in the future.

This thesis was divided in three parts: a pre-study, a deployment follow-up and a theoreti-cal part. The pre-study focused on becoming familiar with the functional description of the system, the system instructions and the system introduction given by the developers. The deployment follow-up was conducted at Oy Gustav Paulig Ab’s construction site by prac-tising use of the system, subjecting it to practical testing and obtaining research results. The theoretical part consisted of presenting features and functions of Lemcon Logistics and suggesting improvements and development proposals.

The result of this study is an understanding of the Lemcon Logistics system and the feasi-bility of deploying it in building production.
