The research question of this academic writing implies the analysis of sufficiency of using the local farm products by the restaurants as the sustainable competitive advantage. The preliminary research revealed that the market exists and overall interest to healthy lifestyle is increasing. The general idea of cooperation between local farmers and restaurants is not very innovative, however in some areas there is a big space for development. There are a lot of advantages for every side, but the potential obstacles exist too.
