Hedelmäkakkujen tuotannon simulointi Virtual Factory -ohjelmalla

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi tuotannonohjauksen tehostaminen työpöytäsimulaation avulla. Työn päätavoitteena on toimia oppaana SW-Development Oy:n PES Virtual Factoryn käyttämiseen. Samalla tarkoituksena on kuvitteellisen kohdetapauksen avulla kartoittaa tuotannonohjauksen tehostamista ja vaikutusta käyttämällä tuotannon simulaatiota.

Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin tutkimalla SW-Development Oy:n Virtual Factory simulointiohjelman käyttöä ja kartoittamalla kuvitteellisen hedelmäkakkuleipomon tuotannon avainosa-alueiden data. Kartoitetun datan avulla toteutettiin leipomon tuotannon simulaatio.

Simulaatiosta saaduista tuloksista tehtiin yhteenveto ja tulokset analysoitiin tuotannon näkökulmasta. Yhteenvetoon kirjattiin kokemukset opinnäytetyöstä ja SW-Development Virtual Factorysta.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the enhancement of MES (manufacturing execution system) with desktop simulation. The main goal of this thesis is to support the usage of SW-Development Virtual Factory simulator and detect the effects on MES with this type of simulation.

The thesis project was carried out by studying the SW-Development PES Virtual Factory with the help of an imaginary case by detecting the key data related to the current production of the case corporation. The detected data was used to simulate the production of the case corporation.

A conclusion was drawn from the results of the simulation and the results were analyzed from the point of view of production.
