Perehdytysopas rokote- ja itsehoito -liiketoimintayksiköille : Sanofi Oy

Abstract

Opinnäytetyö tehtiin toimeksiantona Sanofi Finland Oy:lle. Sen aihealueena oli perehdyttäminen, perehdyttämisen suunnittelu ja kuinka perehdytystilanteissa tulisi toimia. Projektin tarkoituksena oli suunnitella ja luoda perehdytysopas yrityksen kahdelle uudelle globaalille liiketoimintayksikölle: rokote- ja itsehoitoliiketoimintayksiköille.

Perehdytysoppaan tavoitteena oli antaa uusille työntekijöille kattava käsitys yrityksessä työskentelemisestä, yrityksen muista globaaleista liiketoimintayksiköistä ja tukifunktioista sekä tukea uusia työntekijöitä työsuhteen alussa.

Opinnäytetyötyyppi oli toiminnallinen, ja tuotos muodostui yhdistämällä aiheen teoriaa käytäntöön. Lopputuloksena syntyi perehdytysopas, joka annettiin paperisena versiona uusille työntekijöille heidän ensimmäisenä työpäivänään. Perehdytysopas sisälsi kuusi pääosuutta, jotka puolestaan oli jaettu muihin eri osuuksiin.

This thesis was commissioned by Sanofi Finland Ltd. The subject area was orientation, planning of orientation and how people should act in orientation situations. The purpose of this project was to design and create an orientation guide for Sanofi’s two new global vaccine and consumer health care business units.

The aim of the orientation guide was to give a comprehensive understanding to the new employees of how to work in the company, what other business units and support functions were part of the company and to give support for the new employees during the first weeks of their employment.

This was a project based thesis and it was created by combining orientation theories and practice. The outcome was an orientation guide that was given to the new employees as a paper version during their first day. The orientation guide included six main areas which were divided in several other different areas.
