Ikkuna- ja ovikomponentit rakennusliikkeen konseptissa

Abstract

Lehto Asunnot Oy on käynnistänyt tietomallinnushankkeen LEKA-hankkeen, jolla pyritään tehostamaan yrityksen toimintatapoja luomalla valmis konsepti arkkitehtityöskentelyä varten. LEKA-hankkeen yhtenä osana olevan LEGO-projektin tavoitteena oli luoda suunnittelun tueksi pohjat eri mallinnusohjelmiin.

LEGO-projektiin liittyvän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää yleisellä tasolla tehokkaampaa ja toimivampaa tapaa suunnittelun ohjaukseen Lehto asunnot Oy:n rakennuskonseptissa. Työssä keskityttiin erityisesti konseptissa käytettyjen ikkuna- ja ovikomponenttien mallintamiseen ja parametritietojen selvittämiseen.

Aluksi ikkunoista ja ovista tuotettiin taulukkomuotoinen lista, jota päivitettiin ja tarkennettiin kyselyiden ja palavereiden avulla. Komponenttilistan tietojen pohjalta jokaisesta rakennusosasta tehtiin objektit ArchiCAD-ohjelmaan tehtyyn Lehto-käyttöliittymään. Lopuksi komponenttilistassa tarkennetut tiedot päivitettiin myös yrityksen rakennustapaohjeeseen.

Opinnäytetyön lopputuloksena syntyi ikkuna- ja ovikomponenttien osuus ArchiCAD-ohjelmaan tehtyyn Lehto-käyttöliittymään. Opinnäytetyössä esitelty versio on kehitysversio, jota tullaan parantamaan käyttökokemusten perusteella. Tulevaisuudessa käyttöliittymää tulevat käyttämään Lehto Oy:n kanssa yhteistyössä olevat arkkitehtisuunnittelijat.

Lehto Asunnot Ltd has launched the LEKA project for the information modeling project aimed at enhancing the company's operating methods by creating a concept for architectural work. The objective of the LEGO project, which was part of the LEKA project, was to create the basics of design in different model-ing programs.

The purpose of the thesis related to the LEGO project was to find out more efficient and more effective way than now to planning in company’s construction concept. The thesis focused on modeling the window and door components used in the concept and analyzing parameter information.

Initially a list of windows and doors which were updated and refined were produced by surveys and meetings. Based on the component data, each building part was made to objects in to the Lehto user interface which is made to ArchiCAD-program. Finally the information detailed in the component list was up-dated also in the company's installation manual.

The final result of the thesis was a share of window and door components in the Lehto user interface in the ArchiCAD-program. The version presented in the thesis is a development version that will be improved on the basis of user expe-rience. In the future, the interface will be used by architects working with Lehto Ltd.
