Tiivistelmä
This thesis research was based on the study of virtual team management, done by observation and implementation work with case team.
The team had such issues as miscommunication, lack of trust and motivation.
Theoretical part includes a description of such terms as a team, virtual team, diversity and team management. Based on previous research papers and case studies in virtual team management, biggest challenges and issues discussed and highlighted in this chapter.
Methodology chapter describes research method that was chosen for this thesis research. Including explanation and reflection on questionnaires that were used to collect the data.
Case study chapter presents thesis research findings, strategy, implementation and further analysis of results.
