Tiivistelmä
The objective of this Bachelor´s thesis was to discover the core problems when sharing and reusing knowledge inside ABB Drives Oy. The aim was also to research why the sharing and reuse of knowledge is not on the level where it should be. The case company has experienced problems due to slow knowledge flow so this was a significant topic to examine.
To point out these problems, employees of the company were interviewed and a global survey was used to analyze and clarify the current status.
Understanding of the current status of the organization produced also concrete data on how the organization can improve its time and cost-efficiency.
As a result of the study, a clear understanding of the current status was obtained. Based on the survey and the interviews, improvement suggestions for the future were created. Also future solutions how to proceed with the next steps are suggested.
