Tiivistelmä
The aim of this thesis was to produce the temperature rise calculations for two control panels and document the results. The documentation and calculations were made for ABB.
The purpose of this thesis was to study the increase of internal temperature in the AVR cabinet and Control and Protection Panel cabinet during the design phase. The purpose was also to verify that the internal temperature rises values are within the limit values set by the project.
The theory of heating, cooling and designing from the point of temperature rise were reviewed in this thesis. In this thesis, the IEC 61439-1 standard was studied in the context of verification and its requirements.
Based on the calculations and created competence documents of the thesis, it can be stated that the internal temperature rise of control panels is within the limit values set by the project.
