Tiivistelmä
In this thesis, the research problem is to find out how the management and leadership is being used in a Venture Capital company in China.
Firstly, there is an introduction about the Venture Capital, both from global perspective and in China. Then the management method, leadership method and research method are introducted. In the methods section, there is a clear and an easy overview of all important points. The overview covers all the necessary methods for people who want to do the Venture Capital investment in China. There are twenty-one figures about describing the methods and case study analysis represented to help reading and understanding.
The results of the research indicate that environment, culture, personal abilities and company situation should be considered into management and leadership. Each of them can have an effect on related situations. None of them can be left out in the company operations.
Finally, in the CONCLUSION, several points are listed to give an overview of results based on the research.
