The interactive multi-touch table

Abstract

The Interactive multi-touch table is a customised bar table that combined multitouch technology and ordinary bar table looking. It is intend to be located in public environment as in airport, office, school and shopping mall in order to offer people several application to interact with. The purpose of the application is let people spend their idle moment on the interactive table, enjoy the fun and relax themselves. The main technology chosen in this project is FTIR as hardware part, in software part are the Flash and Touchlib. This paper covers the whole design and development process of the project as well as the all necessary works.
