ECMT+ Entrepreneurship and Communication in Multicultural Team project aims at developing European entrepreneurial mind-set and practices that foster the highly-important transversal skills and employability of HEI graduates. One of the ECMT+ project outputs is this Literature Review, which provides some insights into the academic discussion in the arena.
