Näyttötutkintotehtävän suunnittelu

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena on suunnitella tehtävä ja laatia tarpeelliset dokumentit ai-kuiskoulutuksen tarpeisiin näyttötutkintojärjestelmän mukaisesti. Tehtävä laaditaan kone- ja metallialan tutkinnonosaan levy- ja hitsausalan CNC- valmistus. Opinnäytetyö tehdään Vaasan aikuiskoulutuskeskukselle. Vaasan aikuiskoulutuskeskukselle rakennetaan uudet toimitilat, jotka valmistuvat kesällä 2011. Toimiti-lojen uusimisen yhteydessä investoidaan uusiin laitteisiin. Hitsausosasto tulee saamaan käyttöönsä vesileikkauskoneen, jonka avulla kyseisen tutkinnonosan ammattiosaamisen näyttöjä tullaan jatkossa suorittamaan.

Opinnäytetyön tärkeimpänä ohjeistuksena työn suorittamiseen on Opetushallituksen laatimat Kone- ja metallialan ammatillisen perustutkinnon perusteet. Ammatillisen perustutkinnon perusteista löytyy kyseisen tutkinnonosan ammattitaitovaatimukset, joiden pohjalta tutkintotehtävä laaditaan.

Opinnäytetyön tuloksena saatiin tuotettua tutkintotilaisuuden järjestämiseen tarvit-tavat tehtävät. Tehtäväpakettiin sisältyy ohjeita tutkinnonsuorittajalle, työohjeet, piirustukset, lomake työsuunnitelman tekemiseen, lomake tutkinnonsuorittajan itsearviointia varten sekä arviointilomakkeet.

The subject of this thesis was to design a task and prepare required documents in accordance with the competence-based qualification system for the needs of adult education. The task was made for the examination in the field of machinery and metal field and includes sheet metal and welding CNC manufacturing. The thesis was made for Vaasa Adult Education Center.

The main guidelines for the thesis were the set of instructions for the vocational basic examination in machinery- and sheet metal field by the Finnish National Board of Education. The professional skill requirements were found in these instructions and they are also the basis of the examination task. The possibility to use a water jet cutting machine in the new premises of Vaasa Adult Education Centre was taken into account in the task design.

As a result of this thesis the necessary tasks to organize a competence test were produced. The task package includes instructions for the person for doing the competence test, as well as work instructions, drawings, form for the work plan, the form for self-evaluation and evaluation forms.
