Rovaniemen kotiseutumuseo : Kartoitus- ja suunnitteluhanke

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa Rovaniemen kotiseutumuseon kiinteistö ja luoda kartoituksesta maastomalli, pihakartta sekä selvittää rakennusten mitoitus. Kartoitetun maanpinnan tuloksista tutkittiin alueen kuivatusta ja tehtiin uusi kuivatussuunnitelma, jonka tarkoituksena oli tehostaa alueen käytettävyyttä. Lisäksi alueelle suunniteltiin lyhyt huoltotie palvelemaan tapahtumatelttaa sekä itse museoaluetta. Suunnitelmista laadittiin 3D-toteutusmallit.

Työ jakaantui selkeästi kahteen osioon, maastokartoitukseen sekä aineiston jatkokäsittelyyn. Maastokartoitus suoritettiin syksyllä 2019 ja aineiston muokkaus kevätlukukaudella 2020. Opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi käytetyt menetelmät maastokartoituksessa sekä aineiston käsittelyssä. Kartoitustyö suoritettiin GNSS - ja takymetrimittauksena. Aineiston käsittely suoritettiin useampaa eri ohjelmaa hyödyntäen.

Opinnäytetyön tuloksina tilaajalle toimitettiin aluekartta, johto- ja vesijohtokartta, piirrokset rakennusten mitoituksista, maastomalli ja toteutusmallit kuivatussuunnitelman sekä huoltotiesuunnitelman mukaan. Tilaajalle myös toimitettiin toteutusmallien käytön tueksi työselostus. Työn teknisen osuuden laajuuden vuoksi työ tehtiin parityönä.

The purpose of this thesis was to survey the area of the Rovaniemi Local Heritage Museum and to develop a surface model, an area map and to define the measurements of the buildings. Based on the surface model, the drainage and rainwater runoff was inspected and redesigned. In addition, the use of land was developed with new designs. A maintenance road was designed to serve the use of an event tent and the western part of the plot. All new designs were made as 3D models. The work was divided into two parts. They were surveying and the editing of the surveying data. The surveys were done in the fall of 2019 and the editing phase lasted until the spring of 2020. The thesis consisted the methods of surveying and additional editing used during the process. The surveying was done by using the GNSS satellite surveying and total station. The survey and design data were processed with many different software. As the outcome of the project, the commissioner was provided with an area map, a map of the existing public utility service systems, building measurement maps, a surface model of the present state, new designs of the drainage and a design of the maintenance road. The commissioner was also provided with work specification to guide the use of the design models. For the size of the project, the work was split to be done as a pair project
