In the 21st century, companies realize that they can develop a competitive advantage based on people, and that HR performance is a term that genuinely exists.
Organizational changes and new digital tools are revolutionizing the HR function and making HR processes more efficient.
The digitalization of the HR function has a true impact on the entire value chain, automating administrative and repetitive tasks and saving time on tasks with higher added value. The missions of the HR function have transversal repercussions and thus focus on human-based topics. The HR function positions itself as a true Business Partner and supports the company in change and overall strategy.
However, we will see that the digitalization of the HR function has its limits and that some actors in the company have hesitations about this phenomenon.
Our study is based on a literature review which deals with theories in connection with our topic, and on a quantitative survey that will help us to confirm or infirm the issued hypothesis and give an answer to our research problem :
