Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this case study was to explore and validate the organizational change in health care start-up. The study was conducted in collaboration with a start-up company operating in the healthcare industry. The company develops and produces new services to solve working life issues, for example to help those who have lost their ability to work. The study examined the feelings and impressions of four key employees in the company associated to internal cooperation and communication, as well as the effects of the above on the planning and implementation of the company's strategy during the change process.

The aim of the study was to strengthen the ability of an evolving and growing health care start-up company to maintain its performance during changes.

The method used in this case study was an intervention method Collaborative Story Craft (Cleland Silva & Fonseca Silva 2019). The method uses thematic analyses to analyze the collected data and subsequently validate change in an organization through metaphors and stories that resonate with all the members.

Through the thematic analysis and validate these themes in a collective workshop, one of the key factors in the company strategy was the dignity of the employee, which correlates with the way participants felt they belonged in relation to the work community and how a working atmosphere is perceived as motivating and engaging in common goals. The realistic attitude of the participants in the study towards the challenging operating environment created by the business area in which they work, as well as the realistic attitude of the company's management to the company's situation and potential, create good opportunities for the company to implement controlled changes.

The need for such interventions towards organizations and communities is believed to be much greater than is generally understood. Intervention methods are commonly used when there is a problem or conflict within the organization or community, that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. However, preventive and forward-looking intervention that finds commonalities would be much more useful. Therefore, it would be useful to continue the investigation to verify this point.
