The research aim of this work was to identify franchise, to make a clear vision of how it works in business and in hotel industry. The case, which was used as an example is Hilton group. It was important to see the difference in franchise agreements between classic American, Russian and Chinese. Those three were chosen because they have totally different cultures and it is clearer how franchise agreement adapts to the culture of those countries.
In this work was used Qualitative method of recherche. Theoretical base was taken from books and articles, then information from original Hilton manual was processed and analyzed. After that, information was compared to the facts, which were found about Russia and China.
After all researchers, it can be admitted that hotel franchise agreement is very strict. However, it adapts to the culture and conditions of the country.
