LÄMPÖHIRSIKEHIKON ASENNUS- JA HUOLTO-OHJEET KERON HIRSIRAKENNUS OY:LLE

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön, tuotekehitystyö, aiheena oli lämpöhirsitalojen ja loma-asuntojen asennus- ja huolto-ohjeiden laatiminen Keron Hirsirakennus Oy:lle. Ohjeet tullaan luovuttamaan yrityksen asiakkaille ja asennusryhmille. Keron Hirsirakennus Oy on perustettu 2008, jolloin yritys teki erilaisia rakennuksia pelkkahirrestä. Vuoden 2008 lopussa yritys hankki koneet lämpöhirren valmistukseen. Tällä menetelmällä lämpöhirsiä Suomessa ei kukaan muu yritys valmista. Kyseinen lämpöhirsi on mallisuojattu.

Yritys valmistaa ja myy lämpöhirrestä valmistettuja Kerohirsitalopaketteja. Yritykseltä löytyy eripaksuisella eristeellä valmistettuja lämpöhirsiä, joiden vahvuudet ovat 190 mm, 240 mm, 290 mm ja 310 mm.
