This thesis aimed to help the case company build its online real-time document system that could be used on its servers and mobile devices and improve its workflow. In addition, this thesis converted several paper-based work materials into mobile devices for processing and improved the case company's internal work efficiency.
This thesis analyzed the case company's needs and applied constructive research. The application developed by this thesis mainly implemented document editing, online document editing, data management, and other functions. This thesis introduced the database structure, the application program and its development process in detail, and examined the essential functions required by the text editor.
The application system developed in this thesis was based on Java programming language, utilized Spring MVC, SpringBoot, and Spring Cloud frameworks, and proposed using a distributed server system to use micro-services for server applications to enhance system stability.
