Tiivistelmä
Fashion gives people an opportunity to satisfy many emotional and practical needs. Fashion can be used to communicate with other, develop their own identity and to gain acceptance from other. This study was conducted in the Gant Stores around metropolitan area in March 2008 and the intention was to find out what customers think about the appearance, products and service of Gant Stores. Gant is a premium life style brand for men and women. Gant is distributed worldwide in 67 countries, through 220 Gant Stores as well as a number of selected premium retailers. In Finland there are five Gant Stores located in Helsinki, Espoo, Turku and in Lempäälä.
