Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this study was to develop step-by-step penetration strategy into the Russian market for Oy Raita Environment Ltd.
This work contains several major results: competitor analysis, list of potential customers and strategy solutions from the point of view of the author. This work also includes engineering analysis. In the end, a results-based strategic plan was developed and presented in the thesis.
