The analysis of IT Systems in use at Medivida Oy, as well as the healthcare sector in general

Abstract

With the growing digitalization of our society, MediVida as well has had to start integrat-ing some IT systems in their working daily life. These include, for example, Apotti, Do-macare, WinHit, Telavox Flow and many others. I personally have a front-row seat to how the employees handle their daily working life with these systems and whether they are in immediate need of technical support when it comes to these systems. This way, I have gotten an inclusive look into how the systems work and what they set out to achieve in the Finnish healthcare sector.
