Elementtipiirustuspohjien luonti Tekla Structuresiin

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä esitettiin vaiheittain betonielementtienpiirustuspohjien luominen Tekla Structures-ohjelmistoon. Elementit mallinnettiin yleisten tietomallinnusohjeiden mukaan, mikä teki piirustusten tuottamisen niistä helpoksi ja tehokkaaksi. Opinnäytetyön aihe saatiin Insinööritoimisto Kovarak Oy:ltä. Yrityksen tarkoitus on käyttää pohjia tuotantovaiheen betonielementtipiirustusten tekemiseen. Työn merkitys korostuu, kun projektin ensimmäisiä piirustuksia tuotetaan. Opinnäytetyö aloitettiin yleiskatsauksella tieto- ja elementtimallintamiseen ja niihin liittyviin dokumentteihin. Siitä siirryttiin ohjelmiston asetuksien muokkaamiseen työn tehostamiseksi. Piirustuksien teko dokumentoitiin vaiheittain aloittaen elementtien mallintamisesta. Elementtien varustelussa ja raudoituksessa kiinnitettiin huomiota asetuksiin, jotka vaikuttavat piirustuksiin. Piirustusasetusten ja automatisoitujen mitoitusten luonti ja muokkaus dokumentoitiin huolellisesti. Tuotoksena saatiin toimivat elementtipiirustuspohjat Insinööritoimisto Kovarak Oy:lle. Samalla laadittiin lyhyt ohje piirustuspohjien käyttöön. Pohjia testattiin opinnäytetyön tekemisen aikana alkavassa projektissa, ja ne tulevat laajempaan käyttöön tulevaisuudessa. Pohjat tehtiin siten, että jatkokehitys ja projektikohtainen muokkaaminen onnistuu helposti.

In this thesis the creation of precast element drawing templates to Tekla Structures was presented in stages. The elements were modelled according to common BIM requirements, which made the drawing creation from them easy and efficient. The topic of the thesis was given by Insinööritoimisto Kovarak Oy. The company’s purpose is to use the templates for production stage precast element drawings. The importance of the work is emphasized when the first drawings of a project are created. The thesis was started with an overview on BIM and precast element modelling and the documents associated with them. From there, the work moved on to modifying the software settings to make the job more efficient. Making of the drawings was documented in stages, starting with element modelling. In equipping and reinforc-ing the elements, attention was paid to the settings that affect the drawings. The creation of drawing properties and automatized dimensions was documented thoroughly. The results of this thesis were working precast element templates for Insinööritoimisto Kovarak Oy. In addi-tion, a short guide to the use of drawing templates was created. The templates were tested in a project starting during the making of the thesis and will be used more widely in the future. The templates were made in such a way that further development and project-specific editing is easy.
