Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyö tehtiin POK Group Oy:lle, joka valmistaa sähkönjakelujärjestelmiä kiinteistöihin, teollisuuteen, pääsähkönjakeluun, merenkulkuun ja sairaaloihin. Työn aiheena oli kehittää erikoiskeskustuotannon tuotannonsuunnittelua. Tuotannonohjausjärjestelmään luotiin toiminto, jolla voidaan tarkemmin seurata ja hallita
tuotannon kapasiteettia. Työn tavoitteena oli tuotekohtaistaa tuotannonsuunnittelua ja selkeyttää kapasiteetin ja kuormituksen hallintaa.
Työn teoriaosuus pohjautuu tietoon tuotannonohjauksesta ja -suunnittelusta sekä tuotannonohjausjärjestelmistä. Kehitystyön alussa tutustuttiin perusteellisesti toimeksiantajan tuotannonsuunnittelu ja -ohjaustoimintoihin sekä resurssienhallintaan. Kerätyn informaation perusteella määritettiin tärkeimmät tiedot, joiden avulla tuotannonohjausjärjestelmään luotiin edellä mainittuja haasteita helpottava toiminto.
Työn tuloksena toimeksiantajan käyttöön luotiin tuotannonohjausjärjestelmän toiminto, jolla mahdollistetaan kapasiteetin ja kuormituksen seuranta ja hallinta vähemmällä työmäärällä. Lisäksi toimeksiantajalle tehtiin ylläpito-ohje toiminnon tietojen ylläpitämisen ja päivittämisen tueksi. Lopuksi raportissa on esitelty jatkokehitysideoita tuotannon kehittämiseksi.
Opinnäytetyön julkisessa versiossa ei esitetä tarkasti työn tuloksena syntyneen toiminnon ja ohjeen tietoja eikä liitteitä niiden luottamuksellisuuden vuoksi. The thesis was done for POK Group Oy. The company manufactures power distribution systems for real estate, industry, main power distribution, shipping and hospitals. The subject of the work was to develop production planning for special center production. A function was created in the production control system to monitor and manage production capacity. The aim of the work was to develop production planning to be more product-specific and to clarify capacity and load management.
The theoretical part of the thesis is based on knowledge of production management and planning as well as production control systems. At the beginning of the development work, the client's production planning, production management and recource management were thoroughly studied. Based on the data collected, the most important data was used to create a function in the production control system that would ease the challenges of production planning.
As a result of the work, a function of the work production control system was made available to the client, which enables the monitoring of the client's capacity and load with less workload. In addition, maintenance instructions were given to the clien to maintain and update the function data. At the end of the work, further development ideas are presented, such as the implementation and maintenance of Lean practises and tools, as well as the development and layout design of the collaboration cell.
The public version of the thesis does not present the data and appendices of the function and instructions created as a result of the work due to their confidentiality.
