The purpose of this thesis was to study the whole concept of Hyperautomation/Intelligent automation and to provide the reader with a view of its technologies, tools and practical usages. Initially, it explained the main theoretical aspects related to this concept with their existing technologies and applications. Then, it considered the tools where this concept was developed. Finally, it showed a tangible use case in which this whole concept is used.
The subject was decided due to the growing interest in this concept globally and due to the huge possibilities that it could offer. To have a wide view of the topics and their last updates, books and articles written by main experts and vendors in this field were read. Additionally, the personal experience of the author was used to enrich the theoretical part and during the implementation of the use case.
At the end of this study, the result was a deep analysis of the concept remarking technologies and tools. Then a real automation use case was extended to the Hyperautomation scope. It was concluded with the opinion of the writer about the concept and its future implementations.
