Tiivistelmä
This bachelor's thesis investigates how to enhance case company X's B2B marketing materials for promoting a culturally diverse workforce within Finnish businesses.
The thesis's purpose was to offer the commissioning company with clear information for their B2B marketing material on promoting culturally diverse workforce to Finnish businesses. The thesis begins with an introduction chapter, then theory, interviews with top human resource specialists, and general recommendations for the commissioning company. The thesis concludes with a chapter on conclusions.
The information was gathered through qualitative semi-structured interviews. Four senior human resource experts from multinational or global organisations based in Finland were included in the sample. The total number of interviews done was four. Because of Covid- 19, the interviews were conducted remotely using Microsoft Teams video sessions, and they were recorded with the interviewees' approval.
The findings demonstrated the necessity of having a culturally diverse workforce and how it is now critical for businesses to begin thinking about adapting and searching for methods to execute change in order to stay sustainable. The findings revealed that, in all situations, companies highlight the value of cultural diversity in the workplace; yet more effort has to be done to address this in Finland.
The commissioning company was satisfied with the thesis's findings and plans to follow some of the thesis's recommendations.
