The introduction part of the thesis explains the company’s profile with some background information. The products and services offered by the company are discussed in general. The framework of the thesis provides an overview of the analysis of the current role and assignments. Various internal and external stakeholders are introduced to justify the need for interaction skills for the role.
Altogether dairy entries on the daily basis for 8 consecutive weeks between 04.04.2022 –
27.05.2022 explain the goal set for the day, tasks performed, and evaluation of skills developed followed by weekly analysis. At the end of each week, the weekly analysis reflects on the problems identified during the week and solutions to these problems or efforts made to resolve them. Literature from diverse sources was utilized to discuss the models and best practices in the weekly analysis.
In the last section of the thesis, own development during the period is evaluated through a discussion on how the development was acquired and what precisely is learnt throughout the development. This section is concluded by analysing the pros of this entire diary thesis and highlighting possible future career steps.
