Towards a circular bioeconomy : A comparative analysis of Finland, Norway, Ireland and Scotland

Abstract

This research report is one of the outcomes of the international research, networking and preparation project GOALS - Suitable Sustainability Goals for SMEs, funded by the Northern Periphery and Arctic program. The report focuses on the sustainable development actions of the participating international partner countries, and presents the legislative boundary conditions, regulations and guidelines of the circular economy in the bioeconomy sector.
