Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aiheena on kehittää erilaisia suunnitelma-aihioita Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAOn Haukiputaan yksikön maarakennusalan harjoittelukenttää varten.
Harjoitusalueelle on vuosien saatossa tuotu ammattiopiston työmailta ylijäämämaita, joita on hyödynnetty maarakennuskoneiden käytön harjoittelussa.
The training field for the earth construction machines training program of Oulu region's vocational college, i.e. OSAO's Haukipudas unit, is located in the backyard of the school property. Over the years, several thousand cubic meters of surplus soil from the school's construction sites have been brought to the training area, some of it is usable aggregate soil, some is mostly soil suitable for potting. Surplus soils have been used for training in the use of earth-moving machines, but the
problem has been that the soils driven into the area have mixed over the years and formed a mixed soil that does not really meet the requirements of training in the use of machines, because the soils are disturbed very strongly when they become waterlogged. On the other hand, when it dries, the soil becomes very dusty during cultivation, and correspondingly, when it freezes, the soil becomes so hard that the school's earth-building machines cannot penetrate the frozen cover. The mixed soil species in the area is therefore in a workable condition only when the ground is suitably moist, i.e. practically only in the summer months, when the area is not used.
The civil engineering and infrastructure sector is rapidly moving towards the era of digitization and automation, when even the smallest construction site plans are in digital form. The cooperation project between OSAO and the University of Oulu in the development of an autonomous excavator supports this transition. Digitality can be seen in the work of the drivers of construction machinery, as a display terminal is installed in the cabin of the construction machinery, from which you can see the site plans, the location of the machine and the machine's work equipment in the work area, as well as the interfaces of structures or trenches.
Constructive research is used as the implementation method of the thesis, the goal of which is to
prepare a plan proposal for the use of the training area that would meet the future needs of the civil engineering industry and create conditions for year-round training.
