Tiivistelmä
This thesis was written to describe a 10-week work period of IT-assistant work duties. The purpose of this thesis was to write everyday reports of tasks at the workplace and to write an analysis regarding development. The observation period for this diary thesis is 14.03.2022 – 16.05.2022.
This document contains a description of the work environment, and an explanation of the tasks and required tools, methods, and skills to complete them. The task types vary on the project - besides daily routine work responsibilities. The analysis was written after every week of daily reports.
The diary consists also analysis of work, employment, interest groups and a final discussion and conclusions of skills and performance, communication, and employment at a Finnish company in the IT team.
